January 8, 2025: Twin Falls, ID 83301 Valley Vikings (Hazelton, ID) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Lighthouse Christian Lions (Twin Falls, ID), 68-12 in a league match.
With the victory, Valley advances its record to 7-0 on the year. The Vikings travel to Murtaugh (Murtaugh, ID) to meet the Red Devils in a 2A Snake River match on Friday, January 10. The Red Devils enter the match with a record of 3-6. Murtaugh lost 56-55 in their recent league match against Raft River (Malta, ID)
The Lions now own a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenns Ferry for a 2A Snake River match on Friday, January 10. Lighthouse Christian will meet a Pilots squad coming off a 62-54 non-league win over Camas County (Fairfield, ID). The Pilots record now stands at 3-4.
