Oregon High School Basketball - Weiser triumphant over Vale
January 8, 2025: Vale, OR 97918 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Weiser Wolverines (Weiser, ID) and the host Vale Vikings (Vale, OR), observed Weiser's basketball team overwhelm Vale by a margin of 72-36.
The Wolverines (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Homedale (Homedale, ID). The Trojans come into the 4A Snake River Valley challenge with a 4-5 record.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the McLoughlin Pioneers (Milton-Freewater, OR) in a 3A Eastern Oregon challenge, on Friday, January 10. Vale will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record.
