California High School Basketball - University overwhelms Branson
January 8, 2025: Ross, CA 94957 The University Red Devils basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Branson Bulls to 27 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Red Devils now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to San Domenico for a Bay Counties - West game on Tuesday, January 14. University will confront a Panthers team coming off a 63-21 league win over Convent of the Sacred Heart (San Francisco, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 7-9.
With the loss, Branson falls to 9-6 on the campaign. The Bulls travel to Redwood (Larkspur, CA) to confront the Giants in a Marin County game on Friday, January 10. The Giants go into the game with a record of 8-7. Redwood won 43-21 in their recent non-league game against Miramonte (Orinda, CA)
