Maryland High School Basketball - Archbishop Curley trounced by Indian Creek
January 8, 2025: Crownsville, MD 21032 Indian Creek Eagles (Crownsville, MD) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Archbishop Curley Friars (Baltimore, MD), 50-16 in a league match.
With the victory, Indian Creek advances its record to 11-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to St. Mary's (Annapolis, MD) to face the Saints in a match on Friday, January 10. The Saints enter the match with a record of 0-2.
The Friars now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John's Catholic Prep for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 15. Archbishop Curley will face a Vikings squad coming off a 71-23 league loss to Chapelgate Christian Academy (Marriottsville, MD). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
