The Ocala Christian Crusaders basketball team (Ocala, FL), was nudged 62-58 in Monday's non-league battle with the host First Academy Eagles (Leesburg, FL)

The Eagles now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taylor for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 12. First Academy will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 59-53 non-league win over Parkhurst Academy (Port Orange, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-7.

The Crusaders (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Cornerstone Academy (Gainesville, FL). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Cornerstone Academy was nudged by First Assembly Christian Academy (Ocala, FL), 62-24, in a non-league battle.
