Pennsylvania High School Basketball - William Tennent thwarts Great Valley
January 9, 2023: Warminster, PA 18974 The William Tennent Panthers (Warminster, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Great Valley Patriots (Malvern, PA), 71-52 in Monday's non-league test.
The Panthers (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Quakertown (Quakertown, PA). The Panthers go into the Suburban One - American test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Quakertown notched a victory over Springfield Township (Erdenheim, PA), 48-46, in a league test.
The Patriots now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Oxford for a Ches-Mont - American test on Thursday, January 12. Great Valley will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 50-43 league loss to Bayard Rustin (West Chester, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-11.
