January 9, 2023: Keshena, WI 54135 The Menominee Indian Eagles (Keshena, WI) basketball crushed the visiting Oneida Nation Thunderhawks (Oneida, WI), 60-39 in Monday's non-league test.
The Eagles (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Shiocton (Shiocton, WI). The Chiefs go into the Central Wisconsin - East test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Shiocton was trounced by Brillion (Brillion, WI), 89-71, in a non-league test.
The Thunderhawks now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Gillett for a Marinette & Oconto test on Tuesday, January 10. Oneida Nation will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 44-41 league win over Niagara (Niagara, WI). The Tigers record now stands at 6-3.
