California High School Basketball - Valley can't hold off Natomas

January 9, 2023: Sacramento, CA 95834

The Natomas Nighthawks basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Valley Vikings to 51 in the Nighthawks league victory on Monday.

The Nighthawks now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnson for a Greater Sacramento contest on Wednesday, January 11. Natomas will battle a Warriors team coming off a 69-27 non-league loss to Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-8.

The Vikings (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against West Campus (Sacramento, CA). The Warriors come into the Greater Sacramento contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, West Campus edged Armijo (Fairfield, CA), 50-28, in a non-league contest.
