Texas High School Basketball - Bishop crushes Alice
January 9, 2024: Alice, TX 78332 Bishop Badgers (Bishop, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Alice Coyotes (Alice, TX), 88-50 in a league bout.
With the win, Bishop upgrades its record to 17-9 on the season. The Badgers host Tuloso-Midway (Corpus Christi, TX) to clash with the Warriors in a 4A Region IV District 31 bout on Friday, January 12. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 10-13. Tuloso-Midway won 66-55 in their recent league bout against King (Kingsville, TX)
Next up, the Coyotes clash with the Robstown Cottonpickers (Robstown, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 31 bout, on Friday, January 12. Alice will attempt to upgrade on its 16-8 season record. The Cottonpickers go into the bout with a 2-13 record after their 82-32 league loss to Bishop (Bishop, TX).
