January 9, 2024: Spanish Fork, UT 84040 In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Cedar Valley Aviators basketball team scored a tight 71-67 triumph over the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles.
In their next game, the Aviators meet the Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT) in a 5A Region 7 match, on Friday, January 12. Cedar Valley will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Wasps enter the match with a 6-6 record after their 67-53 league loss to Orem (Orem, UT).
With the defeat, Maple Mountain falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Golden eagles host Orem (Orem, UT) to confront the Tigers in a 5A Region 7 challenge on Friday, January 12. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Orem won 67-53 in their recent league challenge against Wasatch (Heber City, UT)
