In Tuesday's league match, the host Clinton Gaels basketball team scored a good 62-49 triumph over the Lunenburg Blue Knights.

In their next game, the Gaels meet the Hudson Hawks (Hudson, MA) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 12. Clinton will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Hawks enter the match with a 5-4 record after their 57-42 non-league win over Tyngsborough (Tyngsborough, MA).

With the defeat, Lunenburg moves to 2-4 on the year. The Blue knights travel to Littleton (Littleton, MA) to meet the Tigers in a Midland-Wachusett C match on Thursday, January 11. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 2-4.
