January 9, 2024: Brooklyn Park, MN 55443 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Park Center Pirates (Brooklyn Park, MN) and the visiting Edina Hornets (Edina, MN), saw Park Center's basketball squad wallop Edina by a tally of 70-39.
With the victory, Park Center improves its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Champlin Park (Champlin, MN) to confront the Rebels in a AAAA Section 5 challenge on Friday, January 12. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Champlin Park lost 59-50 in their recent league challenge against Osseo (Osseo, MN)
Next up, the Hornets confront the Chaska Hawks (Chaska, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 12. Edina will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 75-71 non-league win over Farmington (Farmington, MN).
