Futures Knights (Sacramento, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning Fire Wolves (Nevada City, CA), 73-24 in a league bout.

With the win, Futures upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Victory Christian (Carmichael, CA) to play the Vikings in a Central Valley California League bout on Thursday, January 11. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Victory Christian won 61-30 in their recent league bout against Pine Hills Adventist (Auburn, CA)

Next up, the Fire Wolves play the Encina Prep Bulldogs (Sacramento, CA) in a Central Valley California League bout, on Thursday, January 11. Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 87-70 non-league win over Forest Lake Christian (Auburn, CA).
