Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy (Atlanta, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting HALO Wolfpack (Bishop, GA), 60-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The host Holy Spirit Prep (Atlanta, GA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Holy Spirit Prep won 60-39 in their recent league bout against Fulton Science Academy (Alpharetta, GA)

Next up, the Wolfpack play the Academe of the Oaks Firebirds (Decatur, GA) in a GAPPS - I-A Region 2A bout, on Thursday, January 11. HALO will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Firebirds go into the bout with a 0-6 record after their 57-55 non-league loss to Providence Classical Christian (Oxford, GA).
