January 9, 2024: Mounds, OK 74047 Liberty Tigers (Mounds, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Morris Eagles (Morris, OK), 67-55 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Tigers host Mounds (Mounds, OK) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a Frisco bout on Friday, January 12. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-6.
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Henryetta Knights (Henryetta, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 12. Morris will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 69-27 league win over Beggs (Beggs, OK).
