Oklahoma High School Basketball - New Lima ripped by Wetumka
January 9, 2024: New Lima, OK 74884 The Wetumka Chieftains basketball team scored 59 points and held the host New Lima Falcons to 33 in the Chieftains non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chieftains now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Schulter for a Crossroads contest on Wednesday, January 10. Wetumka will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 59-50 non-league win over Maud (Maud, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-5.
The Falcons (0-16) will now prepare for their contest against Sasakwa (Sasakwa, OK). The Vikings enter the Little River contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Sasakwa was routed by Paden (Paden, OK), 65-53, in a league contest.
