California High School Basketball - Price holds off Shalhevet
January 9, 2024: Los Angeles, CA 90044 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Price Knights (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Shalhevet Firehawks (Los Angeles, CA), saw Price's basketball squad hold off Shalhevet by a tally of 55-50.
With the victory, Price improves its record to 13-8 on the campaign. The Knights host Ambassador (Torrance, CA) to confront the Lions in a Mulholland challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 1-11. Ambassador lost 70-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Monrovia (Monrovia, CA)
Next up, the Firehawks confront the Environmental Charter White Tigers (Lawndale, CA) in a Mulholland challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Shalhevet will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record. The White Tigers come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 66-25 league win over Animo Leadership (Inglewood, CA).
