The Roby Lions (Roby, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Aspermont Hornets (Aspermont, TX), 46-36 in Tuesday's league test.

The Lions (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Paint Creek (Haskell, TX). The Pirates go into the 1A Region II District 15 test with a 5-11 record. In their last test, Paint Creek went down by Rotan (Rotan, TX), 65-10, in a league test.

The Hornets now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Rule for a 1A Region II District 15 test on Friday, January 12.
