January 9, 2024: Bells, TX 75414 Bells Panthers (Bells, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pottsboro Cardinals (Pottsboro, TX), 46-31 in a league bout.
With the win, Bells upgrades its record to 19-5 on the season. The Panthers host Gunter (Gunter, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 3A Region II District 11 bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 13-13.
Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Gunter Tigers (Gunter, TX) in a 3A Region II District 11 bout, on Friday, January 12. Pottsboro will attempt to upgrade on its 15-8 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 13-13 record after their 67-20 league win over Bonham (Bonham, TX).
