Flasher Bulldogs (Flasher, ND) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting New England Tigers (New England, ND), 47-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Flasher upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hettinger/Scranton (Hettinger, ND) to play the Black Devils in a B District 5 bout on Thursday, January 11. The Black Devils go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Hettinger/Scranton lost 76-42 in their recent league bout against Bowman County co-op [Bowman/Rhame] (Bowman, ND)

Next up, the Tigers play the Mandaree Warriors (Mandaree, ND) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. New England will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
