January 9, 2024: San Diego, CA 92154 San Ysidro Cougars (San Diego, CA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Mount Miguel Matadors (Spring Valley, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars confront the Sweetwater Red Devils (National City, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. San Ysidro will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Morse (San Diego, CA).
The Matadors now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to El Capitan for a challenge on Tuesday, January 23.
