California High School Basketball - Canyon overwhelms Esperanza
January 9, 2024: Anaheim, CA 92807 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA) and the host Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA), saw Canyon's basketball squad wallop Esperanza by a tally of 62-35.
With the victory, Canyon improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Comanches travel to Villa Park (Villa Park, CA) to confront the Spartans in a challenge on Friday, January 12. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Villa Park lost 47-42 in their recent league challenge against Esperanza (Anaheim, CA)
Next up, the Aztecs confront the Brea Olinda Wildcats (Brea, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Esperanza will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record.
