With the victory, Calloway County advances its record to 15-1 on the year. The Lakers host Marshall County (Benton, KY) to meet the Marshals in a District 4 battle on Tuesday, January 14. The Marshals enter the battle with a record of 15-0.
The Blue Tornado now own a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Triad for a non-league battle on Sunday, January 12. Paducah Tilghman will meet a Knights squad coming off a 78-64 non-league loss to Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY). The Knights record now stands at 11-6.
