January 9, 2025: Williamstown, NJ 08094 Williamstown Braves (Williamstown, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Cumberland Colts (Seabrook, NJ), 52-43 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Williamstown upgrades its record to 4-5 on the year. The Braves travel to Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ) to face the Dragons in a Tri-County - Royal match on Monday, January 13. The Dragons enter the match with a record of 8-1. Kingsway won 59-44 in their recent league match against Delsea (Franklinville, NJ)
The Colts now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Timber Creek Regional for a Tri-County - Liberty match on Monday, January 13. Cumberland will face a Chargers squad coming off a 69-52 non-league loss to Trenton Central (Trenton, NJ). The Chargers record now stands at 2-4.
