Massachusetts High School Basketball - Dracut can't get by North Middlesex Regional
January 9, 2025: Dracut, MA 01826 North Middlesex Regional Patriots (Townsend, MA) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Dracut Middies (Dracut, MA), 65-58 in a non-league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Nashoba Regional for a Midland-Wachusett B bout on Friday, January 10. North Middlesex Regional will play a Wolves team coming off a 52-47 non-league loss to Oakmont Regional (Ashburnham, MA). The Wolves record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Dracut falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Middies host Lowell Catholic (Lowell, MA) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Friday, January 10. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Lowell Catholic lost 81-54 in their recent league bout against KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate (Lynn, MA)
