January 9, 2025: Neola, IA 51559 Tri-Center Trojans (Neola, IA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Glidden-Ralston Wildcats (Glidden, IA), 78-50 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Tri-Center advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Trojans travel to Missouri Valley (Missouri Valley, IA) to face the Big Reds in a Western Iowa match on Friday, January 10. The Big Reds enter the match with a record of 3-7. Missouri Valley lost 66-42 in their recent non-league match against Westwood (Sloan, IA)
The Wildcats now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coon Rapids-Bayard for a non-league match on Friday, January 10. Glidden-Ralston will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 63-36 non-league win over Boyer Valley (Dunlap, IA). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-1.
