January 9, 2025: Mahwah, NJ 07430 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Mahwah Thunderbirds (Mahwah, NJ) and the visiting Ramsey Rams (Ramsey, NJ), observed Mahwah's basketball team overwhelm Ramsey by a score of 51-27.
The Thunderbirds (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ferris (Jersey City, NJ). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record.
In their next game, the Rams encounter the Wayne Valley Indians (Wayne, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Ramsey will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 74-40 league win over Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ).
