January 9, 2025: Hull, IA 51239 The Western Christian Wolfpack (Hull, IA) basketball were winner over the visiting Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union Royals (Marcus, IA), 88-75 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Wolfpack now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sioux City North for a non-league bout on Friday, January 10. Western Christian will play a Stars team coming off a 83-40 league loss to Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA). The Stars record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union falls to 8-2 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA) to play the Westerners in a War Eagle bout on Monday, January 13. The Westerners go into the bout with a record of 3-7. Akron-Westfield lost 86-26 in their recent league bout against South O'Brien (Paullina, IA)
