Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - Irondale knocks off Kennedy
January 9, 2025: Bloomington, MN 55420 The Irondale Knights ice hockey team scored 7 points and held the host Kennedy Eagles to 1 in the Knights non-league victory on Thursday.
The Knights now hold a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tartan for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 16. Irondale will play a Titans team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Lourdes (Rochester, MN). The Titans record now stands at 4-9.
With the defeat, Kennedy moves to 1-8 on the season. The Eagles host Jefferson (Bloomington, MN) to play the Jaguars in a South Suburban bout on Saturday, January 11. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Jefferson lost 4-2 in their recent non-league bout against Chaska (Chaska, MN)
