South Carolina High School Basketball - Chapin holds off Dutch Fork
January 9, 2025: Irmo, SC 29063 The Chapin Eagles basketball team scored 41 points and limited the host Dutch Fork Silver Foxes to 37 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now have a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lexington for a non-league game on Monday, January 13. Chapin will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 37-28 non-league loss to Irmo (Columbia, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Dutch Fork falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Silver foxes travel to White Knoll (Lexington, SC) to confront the Timberwolves in a non-league game on Monday, January 13. The Timberwolves go into the game with a record of 3-7. White Knoll won 38-35 in their recent league game against River Bluff (Lexington, SC)
