The Lawrence Academy Warriors basketball team scored 33 points and limited the visiting Halifax Academy Vikings to 26 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Warriors now have a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Columbia for a non-league game on Monday, January 13. Lawrence Academy will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 51-16 non-league loss to Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Halifax Academy falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Fayetteville Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to confront the Eagles in a game on Tuesday, January 14.
