Florida High School Basketball - Pasco crushes King
January 10, 2022: Dade City, FL 33525 Pasco Pirates (Dade City, FL) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting King Lions (Tampa, FL), 48-21 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Pasco upgrades its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Pirates host Springstead (Spring Hill, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 11. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 7-10. Springstead lost 50-46 in their recent league bout against Lecanto (Lecanto, FL)
Next up, the Lions play the Jefferson Dragons (Tampa, FL) in a 5A District 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 11. King will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Dragons come into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 44-22 league win over Brandon (Brandon, FL).
