January 10, 2022: Poca, WV 25159 The Sissonville Indians basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Poca The Dots to 37 in the Indians league triumph on Monday.
The Indians now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nicholas County for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 12. Sissonville will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 56-42 non-league loss to Oak Hill (Oak Hill, WV). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-4.
The The Dots (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Nitro (Nitro, WV). The Wildcats enter the Cardinal contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Nitro triumphed over Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV), 61-24, in a league contest.
