January 10, 2023: Nebraska City, NE 68410 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Conestoga Cougars (Murray, NE) and the host Nebraska City Pioneers (Nebraska City, NE), saw Conestoga's basketball squad wallop Nebraska City by a tally of 51-30.
With the victory, Conestoga improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Cougars host Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Elmwood-Murdock won 68-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Weeping Water (Weeping Water, NE)
Next up, the Pioneers play the Malcolm Clippers (Malcolm, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 13. Nebraska City will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The Clippers come into the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 55-47 non-league win over Ralston (Ralston, NE).
