January 10, 2023: Goshen, KY 40026 The Dixie Heights Colonels basketball team (Edgewood, KY), was overwhelmed 67-37 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host North Oldham Mustangs (Goshen, KY)
The Mustangs now possess a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Meade County for a non-league battle on Friday, January 13. North Oldham will confront a Green Waves team coming off a 65-61 non-league win over Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY). The Green Waves record now stands at 4-9.
The Colonels (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY). The Bluebirds come into the non-league battle with a 13-4 record. In their last battle, Highlands trounced Simon Kenton (Independence, KY), 68-50, in a non-league battle.
