January 10, 2023: Appleton, WI 54913 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Little Chute Mustangs (Little Chute, WI) and the host Fox Valley Lutheran Foxes (Appleton, WI), saw Little Chute's basketball squad hold off Fox Valley Lutheran by a tally of 58-55.
With the victory, Little Chute improves its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Marinette (Marinette, WI) to play the Marines in a North Eastern challenge on Friday, January 13. The Marines come into the challenge with a record of 0-10. Marinette lost 63-55 in their recent league challenge against Freedom (Freedom, WI)
Next up, the Foxes play the Luxemburg-Casco Spartans (Luxemburg, WI) in a North Eastern challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Fox Valley Lutheran will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 77-70 league loss to Waupaca (Waupaca, WI).
