January 10, 2023: St. Amant, LA 70774 The French Settlement Lions tipped the host St. Amant Gators basketball team by a final score of 77-73 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Lions face the Springfield Bulldogs (Springfield, LA) in a 2A District 7 game, on Friday, January 13. French Settlement will attempt to move on its 15-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 7-11 record after their 55-23 non-league loss to St. Charles Catholic (LaPlace, LA).
