Maine High School Basketball - Rangeley Lakes overwhelms Groton School
January 10, 2023: Rangeley, ME 04970 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Rangeley Lakes Lakers (Rangeley, ME) and the visiting Groton School (Groton, MA), saw Rangeley Lakes's basketball squad wallop Groton School by a tally of 84-37.
With the victory, Rangeley Lakes improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Lakers host Richmond (Richmond, ME) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-1. Richmond won 70-43 in their recent league challenge against Sacopee Valley (Cornish, ME)
Next up, the confront the Concord Academy (Concord, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 1. Groton School will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
