New Hampshire High School Basketball - Merrimack overwhelms Spaulding
January 10, 2023: Rochester, NH 03867 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Merrimack Tomahawks (Merrimack, NH) and the host Spaulding Red Raiders (Rochester, NH), saw Merrimack's basketball squad wallop Spaulding by a count of 70-49.
With the victory, Merrimack upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Tomahawks host Portsmouth (Portsmouth, NH) to play the Clippers in a Division I challenge on Friday, January 13. The Clippers come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Portsmouth lost 57-40 in their recent league challenge against Pinkerton (Derry, NH)
Next up, the Red Raiders play the Trinity Pioneers (Manchester, NH) in a Division I challenge, on Friday, January 13. Spaulding will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 61-60 league loss to Windham (Windham, NH).
