South Carolina High School Basketball - North Myrtle Beach can't hold off West Florence
January 10, 2023: Little River, SC 29566 The West Florence Knights basketball team scored 41 points and held the host North Myrtle Beach Chiefs to 38 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilson for a AAAA Region 6 contest on Friday, January 13. West Florence will battle a Tigers team coming off a 73-45 league win over South Florence (Florence, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 13-4.
The Chiefs (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hartsville (Hartsville, SC). The Red Foxes enter the AAAA Region 6 contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Hartsville nudged Myrtle Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC), 64-55, in a league contest.
