Glidden-Ralston Wildcats (Glidden, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ar-We-Va Rockets (Westside, IA), 69-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Glidden-Ralston upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA) to clash with the Spartans in a Rolling Hills bout on Friday, January 13. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Exira-EHK won 61-15 in their recent non-league bout against West Harrison (Mondamin, IA)

Next up, the Rockets clash with the Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders (Coon Rapids, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. Ar-We-Va will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
