Texas High School Basketball - Smithville overwhelms Austin Achieve
January 10, 2023: Smithville, TX 78957 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Smithville Tigers (Smithville, TX) and the visiting Austin Achieve Polar Bears (Austin, TX), saw Smithville's basketball squad wallop Austin Achieve by a tally of 66-18.
With the victory, Smithville improves its record to 14-11 on the campaign. The Tigers host Taylor (Taylor, TX) to confront the Ducks in a 4A Region III District 22 challenge on Friday, January 13. The Ducks come into the challenge with a record of 8-18. Taylor won 57-41 in their recent league challenge against Caldwell (Caldwell, TX)
