In Tuesday's league outing, the La Salle Lancers (Pasadena, CA) basketball squad edged the host Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA), by a margin of 44-43.

The Lancers (18-2) will now prepare for their outing against Serra (Gardena, CA). The Cavaliers go into the Del Rey outing with a 2-15 record. In their last outing, Serra was tipped by St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA), 70-34, in a league outing.
