The Carmel Christian Cougars basketball team (Matthews, NC), was overwhelmed 81-33 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC)

The Lancers now possess a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Victory Christian Center for a NCISAA Southern Piedmont battle on Thursday, January 12. Legion Collegiate Academy will confront a Kings team coming off a 66-18 league win over United Faith Christian Academy (Charlotte, NC). The Kings record now stands at 14-1.

The Cougars (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 3-11 record.
