Illinois High School Basketball - Hardin County ripped by Carmi-White County
January 10, 2023: Elizabethtown, IL 62931 The Carmi-White County Bulldogs basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Hardin County Cougars to 21 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eldorado for a Black Diamond - East contest on Thursday, January 12. Carmi-White County will battle a Eagles team coming off a 61-40 league loss to Edwards County (Albion, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 12-6.
The Cougars (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Pope County (Golconda, IL). The Pirates enter the Greater Egyptian contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, Pope County triumphed over Cobden (Cobden, IL), 62-28, in a non-league contest.
