Logan-Magnolia Panthers (Logan, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Tri-Center Trojans (Neola, IA), 44-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Logan-Magnolia upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to West Monona (Onawa, IA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Monday, January 16. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 7-2.

Next up, the Trojans play the Audubon Wheelers (Audubon, IA) in a Western Iowa bout, on Friday, January 13. Tri-Center will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Wheelers go into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 50-42 league win over Missouri Valley (Missouri Valley, IA).
