January 10, 2023: Yuma, AZ 85364 The Kofa Kings smashed the visiting Yuma Criminals soccer squad by a margin of 8-0 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Kings now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Copper Canyon for a 5A Central Valley game on Thursday, January 12. Kofa will play a Aztecs squad coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Westview (Avondale, AZ). The Aztecs record now stands at 5-3.
The Criminals (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ). The Panthers go into the 4A Skyline game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, Paradise Honors was overwhelmed by American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ), 3-2, in a non-league game.
