Florida High School Basketball - Carrollwood Day overwhelmed by Berkeley Prep
January 10, 2023: Tampa, FL 33615 The Berkeley Prep Buccaneers basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Carrollwood Day Patriots to 8 in the Buccaneers league victory on Tuesday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seffner Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Berkeley Prep will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 60-24 non-league loss to Plant (Tampa, FL). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-7.
The Patriots (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bell Creek Academy (Riverview, FL). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Bell Creek Academy triumphed over Seffner Christian (Seffner, FL), 70-37, in a league contest.
