Maryland High School Basketball - Severn School crushes Annapolis Area Christian
January 10, 2024: Severna Park, MD 21146 Severn School Admirals (Severna Park, MD) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Annapolis Area Christian Eagles (Severn, MD), 72-50 in a league bout.
With the win, Severn School upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Admirals travel to St. Paul's (Brooklandville, MD) to clash with the Crusaders in a MIAA B - Red bout on Friday, January 12. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 3-3. St. Paul's lost 49-44 in their recent league bout against Concordia Prep (Towson, MD)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Concordia Prep Saints (Towson, MD) in a MIAA B - Red bout, on Friday, January 19. Annapolis Area Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 59-54 league loss to Chapelgate Christian Academy (Marriottsville, MD).
