January 10, 2024: Monroe, CT 06468 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Masuk Panthers (Monroe, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Law Lawmen (Milford, CT), by a count of 69-44.
The Panthers (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Pomperaug (Southbury, CT). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, Pomperaug smashed Stratford (Stratford, CT), 68-29, in a league outing.
The Lawmen now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Lyman Hall for a Southern Connecticut - Oronoque outing on Friday, January 12. Law will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 50-43 non-league loss to East Haven (East Haven, CT). The Trojans record now stands at 4-5.
